Purpose
Activities exist to provide the Point Loma Nazarene University community with activities and events that are fun, provide an uncompromising Christian environment, are inexpensive, promote community, and enrich the lives of the students and any others attending the event. The student group, Student Life Committee, exists as an entity of the office of Activities to successfully plan and stage events that coincide with the mission of activities.
Duties The Director of Activities shall provide for a well-rounded program of student-sponsored social activities, which may also include cultural, religious, and educational events for members of ASB. The Director of Activities is also responsible for selecting and chairing the Social Life Committee as outlined in the Handbook for this office.
