SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY
In accordance with its mission statement, Point Loma
Nazarene University seeks to provide a safe, healthy and
productive work environment for all its employees. Point Loma
strives to maintain a workplace that is free from the illegal
use, possession or distribution of controlled substances, as
defined in schedules I through V of the Controlled Substances
Act, 21 United States Code 812, as amended. Unlawful manufacture,
possession, dispensation, sale, offer to sell, purchase and/or
use of drugs and alcohol on the Point Loma Nazarene University
campus or any of its teaching locations, or as any part of its
activities, is prohibited.
