Learning Experience for Academic Progress (LEAP) Unknown (or inaccessible) property:CurrentPageVersion.PageID

General PLNU 107Beginning college students are faced with many challenges during the first few weeks: roommates, friends, activities, faculty members, a new environment, and more. Some are so caught up in the tremendous changes that they struggle to focus on the real purpose of their college experience--learning.

Learning Experience for Academic Progress (LEAP) is a University program designed to assist at-risk, first-time freshmen in achieving a successful academic career. The program emphasizes important study skills such as time management, note taking, and exam preparation, and has the potential to change a new college student's academic experience from one of deep frustration to one of immense reward.

LEAP plays an important role as a BRIDGE experience from high school to university-level work. Please check back at a later date for more information.
