Conflict of Interest for Faculty


[Note: The following statement is listed as a condition of employment on the annual faculty contract.]

It is agreed that the Professor shall not engage in other remunerative employment unless approval is granted by the University administration, with the general exception that the administration may be expected to look favorably upon professional or religious activities, such as research, writing for publication, conventions, and other forms of public service that contribute to the wider usefulness and recognition of both the Professor and the University; provided that such activities do not interfere with regularly assigned duties.
