Point Loma Nazarene University's graduate programs in theology and Christian ministry are designed for students who wish to pursue further studies in theology, biblical studies, or philosophy or for those who simply wish to be better prepared for a life of ministry. PLNU offers an excellent venue for theological study in the San Diego. Expert faculty guide students through Wesleyan thought, biblical scholarship, ethics, religion and science, and much more. The school also hosts the H. Orton Wiley Lecture Series that promotes scholarship in the Wesleyan-Arminian tradition and attracts scholars of national and international acclaim.
