Please download this registration form and mail the completed form with your check (made out to “PLNU-Math/Science Celebration”) or credit card information to the mailing address shown at the bottom of this page.   

Official Registration Deadline is November 9, 2009 (after November 9, contact LeAnne Elizondo at 619 849 2205 or  lelizond@pointloma.edu,  regarding ticket availability).   A registration becomes official once the fee has been received.

donated to the new Science Complex building fund, thanks to alumni donations underwriting this event: $50 ticket purchasers will receive a tax-deductible gift credit of $25 per ticket  (the meal and printed materials are valued at $25)].
