David A. Adey graduated from PLNU in 1994 with a B.A. in Visual Art.    He began his graphic design career in New York doing package design for sports products, working for clients such as Kryptonite, Playskool, Mattel, and Toys "R" Us.  

Returning to San Diego, he joined Mires+Ball Inc., working for clients such as Intel, Pepsi, Nike, Qualcomm, Taylor Guitars, Hasbro, Sega, Cobra Golf,  and Universal Studios.   His graphic design and illustration have won many awards and have been featured in numerous books and magazines such as Communication Arts and Graphis.

In 2002,  David received his M.F.A. in sculpture from Cranbrook Academy of Art.  He actively exhibits his work and has had recent shows in  San Diego, Los Angeles,  Detroit, Boston, Berlin, Germany and Pieksamaki, Finland.  He teaches sculpture, 3D design, illustration, and graphic design.
