Women Finish 27th at Nationals

11/17 - Point Loma Nazarene women's cross country has a long history of being an elite NAIA team. They also have a history of struggling in cold weather. With the temperature in the low-40s, PLNU did not run well, finishing 27th out of 29 squads and accumulating 625 points. Read More

Cross Country Seniors Running for the Last Time

The PLNU women’s cross country team will be competing at the NAIA National Championships in Kenosha, WI on Saturday, November 17, after receiving an at-large berth. Cross Country 3rd and 8th at GSAC Champs

10/20 The Point Loma Nazarene women placed third out of eight competing squads while the men were eighth at the GSAC Championships on Saturday hosted by Vanguard at Fairfield Park. Three Sea Lions women: Julie-Anne Bailey, Samantha From and Katie Kuntz ran themselves onto the All-GSAC team with finishes of sixth, seventh and twelfth, respectively. Read More

Out of 26 teams in the third Annual Charles Bowles International Cross Country Meet, hosted by Willamette University at Bush’s Pasture Park in Salem, Ore. the PLNU women’s team took 3rd place out of 26 squads with the men finishing 18th out of 27 teams.   Read More

The Point Loma Nazarene cross country squads came back from the 63rd Aztec Open at Balboa Park with first place in both the women’s and the men’s team races. It was the second week in a row that PLNU has nabbed both top slots. Read More

Sea Lions Sweep USD Invitational

Both Point Loma Nazarene men’s and women’s team won the USD Invitational, the first time that the both squads were first in the event. The Sea Lion men topped the Toreros 24-32 with the PLNU ladies winning 15-37. Read More

Cross Country Opens Season at UCSD

The PLNU men's and women's cross country squads opened up their 2007 season with a dual meet against at UC San Diego on Saturday. The Sea Lion women had five of the top eight finishers - including the top two - for 23 team points, nine better than the Triton women. Meanwhile, the PLNU men garnered 38 points, 15 behind UCSD's 23. Read More
