Format: 54 holes stroke play competition - Ranch - Meadow Course

36 holes of continuous play. Shotgun start beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Tuesday, March 3, 2009
18 holes with shotgun start beginning at 7:30 a.m. Top three teams will go off in tee times beginning at 7:30 on the first hole.
Pairing based on first day team scores
Driving Range: Complimentary range balls both Monday and Tuesday. Range open at 6:30 a.m.
Scoring Procedure: Five man teams.Four best of the five scores each round will count towards the team score. Team ties will be broken by the 5th man score of the third round; then 2nd round then 1st round if necessary.
Ties for medallist will be broken with a sudden death playoff if time permits or a scorecard playoff. Other individual ties will be broken with the same scorecard playoff procedure.
Practice Round: Complimentary practice round on Sunday, March 1. Shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.
Rules: USGA rules will govern play. Local rules will be provided.
Meals: A box lunch will be provided on Monday for each player and coach. Lunches available after the morning round. Each coach will take lunches to his players.
Tournament dinner on Monday night after the second round. Everyone
MUST attend.
Scorecards: Each coach will pick up the scorecards from
his players at the
end of each round and deliver them
immediately to the scoreboard. The scorecards must be signed and attested (two signatures) before being turned in to the coach.
Dress: Team uniforms. Team shorts are OK if the weather permits.
Awards: Team award for first place.
Individual awards for the championship team.
Individual awards for first, second, and third place.
Coaches Meeting: Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. in the Club House.
