2/2 - Josh Sanderson scored 27 points to lead the NAIA No. 13 Sea Lions to an 80-77 win over Azusa Pacific Saturday night. Combined with the team's earlier win over the Cougars, it marks the first time since the 1984-85 season that PLNU swept the season series with APU. Read More

1/15 - The #3 Concordia Eagles won Tuesday night’s battle for first place in the GSAC, holding off #9 Point Loma Nazarene 78-72 in the CU Arena. Men's Hoops Picked 3rd in GSAC Coaches' Poll

10/19 - Point Loma Nazarene men's basketball was tabbed third best by a preseason vote of GSAC coaches.  Concordia, which advanced to the NAIA Division I Men's Basketball championship game last year after winning a 4-overtime semifinal contest, garnered 10 first place votes. PLNU Announces 2007-08 Recruiting Class

 The PLNU men’s basketball team announced its 2007 recruiting class on Wednesday: Curtis Carlson, Benny Koochoie, Greg Murray, Austin Wilcox, Craig Austin and Brian Ormon. Despite the loss of eight seniors from last year’s squad, the PLNU staff is expecting big returns from the incoming class that includes five transfers and a freshman.  Read More
