6/19 - PLNU Athletic Director Dr. Carroll Land announced the following coaching assignments for the men’s and women’s soccer programs: long time men’s head coach Tim Hall will also take over as head coach for the women’s soccer team with Joe Tedesco assuming the roles of women’s soccer associate head coach and men’s soccer assistant coach. Two Sea Lions Earn All-American Status

PLNU defender Breanna Nelson and forward Christine Grover were selected to the 2007 NAIA All-American team after leading the Sea Lions to their second national tournament. Nelson, a third-team honoree, led a PLNU defense that allowed 0.67 goals a game with 10 shutouts. Grover, an honorable mention pick, scored five goals along with an assist. PLNU Drops NAIA Tourney Opener to Carroll

11/16 - Tenth seeded Point Loma Nazarene lost their opener at the NAIA National Tournament 2-1, to seventh seed Carroll (MT) on Friday. The Sea Lions are eliminated from the single-elimination tournament hosted by Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Read More

PLNU Cuts Down Oaks to Open Regionals

10/31 - Fifth seed PLNU defeated #4 Menlo College 3-0 in the opening round of the NAIA Region II playoffs on Wednesday. The Sea Lions (13-4-1) got goals from Torres, Kari Moore and Lily Rainey. PLNU advances to face #2 seed California Baptist on Friday. Read More

Sea Lions Head to Menlo for Playoff Opener

10/28 - Point Loma Nazarene will open the Region II Playoffs on the road. The Sea Lions are seeded #5 and will travel to #4 Menlo. The game was moved from Tuesday to Wednesday to accommodate conference games that were not completed due to the So. Cal wildfires. Full Schedule
