Registration

Please download this registration form and either print or type in all the information that is requested (even if you have participated previously in POS).   Mail the completed form to Dr. Michael McConnell, along with your $75 registration fee (see mailing address below).  Alternatively, you may copy the form and fill it out, then send it as an email attachment to LeAnne Elizondo at lelizond@pointloma.edu.  The $75 registration fee covers all eight events for the year (pre-seminar refreshments, seminars and catered dinners). Checks should be made payable to “PLNU-POS”.

Application Receipt Deadline is October 5, 2009. Please note: Due to logistical constraints, only the first one hundred persons who complete the registration process (including payment of the $75 registration fee) will be guaranteed acceptance into the Program.
