Build friendships, explore the great outdoors, and get to know a little more about Point Loma before the start of the 2009 Fall Semester. These 1-week spectacular wilderness orientation trips are for first time PLNU students, whether freshmen or transfers. No experience necessary and nearly all food, outdoor gear, instruction, and transportation to and from PLNU is included. just bring yourself, a sense of adventure, and an openness to meet others and see God through his vast Creation. SoCal is all about the ocean, the sun, and a little beach sand on the board. Come join us for this week of beach camping and learning to surf and body boarding. Boards and wet suits are provided. Both the Pacific Coast Surf Trip (July 12-18) and the Sequoia Backpacking Trip (July 19-25), are completely full.
