Eight seniors were awarded $600 each at the Annual Luncheon of Point Loma Research Associates last November. These students were selected by last year's biology and chemistry seniors (May 08 graduates) as the best scholars in the graduating class of 2008. The Molecular Science Awards are presented on an annual basis, funded by Point Loma Research Associates, an alumni and friends support group of the Departments of Biology and Chemistry.
