MOCM Professors Forward and Czech were just notified that an original research paper they submitted to the Western Sates Communication Association convention was selected as "A Top Paper" in Organizational Communication. According to Alex Lyon, Organizational Communication Interest Group Chair, "There were many strong papers and many established scholars in this years submissions. So, this is quite an honor." Drs. Forward and Czech will present their research entitled: The Four Ways to Lead in Academia" at the February 2008 Convention in Denver, CO.
