Drs. Kathleen Czech and G.L. Forward are preparing to travel to Chicago, IL to attend the upcoming NCA convention. They will be presenting a paper to the Organizational Communication Division entitled: "Communicating Leadership: Faculty Perceptions of the Department Chair." The paper, based on Dr. Czech's dissertation, identifies specific communication behaviors to exhibit and avoid in order to increase chair effectiveness and faculty member job satisfaction.
