PLNU Professors G.L. Forward and Kathleen Czech have continued their work on leadership as a communication phenomenon by having a research article published in the most recent issue of Human Communication. The paper entitled: "Mayor, Cheerleader, Lawyer, or Juggler? An Exploratory Study of CAO Leadership Metaphors and Challenges" sorts metaphors into four types and matches them with the leadership challenges thes conceptualizations create.

Human Communication is an "online first" journal. The article is currently available electronically at EBSCO and will appear in print form when volume 10 is completed early next spring.
