I am a San Diego native. I enjoy traveling and have studied in three continents - North America, Asia, and Europe. I attended the University of Northern Iowa's Camp Adventure program where I worked in South Korea as a camp leader for USA military children and Korean nationals. I also attended Cal Berkeley where I studied Dramatic Literature and Music. In between undergraduate and graduate work, I spent a year studying Spanish Language & Culture at the University of Acala de Heneres in Madrid. I also taught English to executives and children. While living in Madrid, I met my husband Oscar. We have been married for seven years and have two children - Gabriella and Diego. I love learning, teaching and appreciating all that God has given us.
