You will get a detailed score report back showing you where you went wrong and why. Which procrastination style do you have?
· Dreamers have big goals that seldom translate into specific plans.
· Worriers focus on the “worst case” scenario and are likely to talk more about problems than about solutions.
· Defiant students resist new tasks or promise to do them and don’t follow through.
· Overdoers create extra work for themselves by refusing to delegate tasks and neglecting to set priorities.
How to manage your procrastination style:
Dream big, but break down your big goals by making a list of practical steps you can take to reach them. Start with small steps.
Translate your worrying into positive actions – talk it out with a friend or counselor; then make a list of thinks you can do that will prevent the “worst case”
Defiant or overdoer? Look at each task in terms of your ultimate goal. What do you want to accomplish and how will that task serve that goal?
