This document serves as a group planning and pricing supplement to the Point
Loma Nazarene University Conference Services Guest Group Handbook. To
insure a trouble-free event, the Guest Group Leader should become familiar with
both documents during the planning process.
Please keep in mind that rates are subject to change.
RATE DEFINITIONS
As used herein, Half-day use is 1-4 hours; Daily use is 4-24 hours; Weekly
use is five or more days during any consecutive seven day period. Half-day hours
accumulate each day. For example - two hours in the morning and one hour in the
afternoon is three hours total during the day and will be charged the half-day
rate.
If the group’s personal belongings are left in the facility or if the
facility is set up so that the facility is not available for another group, it
will be considered as being occupied for the entire time.

LODGING
Lodging prices are per person per night and do not include linens. Guests may
be assigned to two or three bed rooms depending upon availability. Price assumes
full occupancy for each room. Groups may request single occupancy, however, they
will be billed as if all beds are full.

MEALS
Breakfast and Dinner prices are for buffet style meals served in PLNU’s
Dining Hall. Lunches may be served buffet style in the Dining Hall or they may
be boxed for day trips. The box lunches include your choice of fresh fruit,
potato or pasta salad; a choice of turkey, ham, or roast beef served on a Kaiser
roll with lettuce, tomato and Swiss cheese; cookies or brownies; and assorted
soda or bottled water.
