Nicholson Commons

Cunningham Nicholson Commons is centrally located on campus and offers a variety of meeting venues. Aside from the listed meeting spaces, the Commons also houses the Common Knowledge Bookstore, the Point Break Cafe, the Recreation Room, and the Dining Hall.

Barton Conference Room


Barton A and B: seating 24; Half-day $65.00; Daily $82.00
Barton A: seating 12; Half-day $40.00; Daily $65.00
Barton B: seating 12; Half-day $40.00; Daily $65.00

Located on the 3rd floor, this room is equipped with white boards. The room can be divided into two smaller rooms with its built-in partition.

Cunningham Hall


Cunningham A and B: Seating 107; Half-day $200; Daily $300
Cunningham A: Seating 53; Half-day $100; Daily $150
Cunningham B: Seating 54; Half-day $100; Daily $150

Cunningham Hall is located on the north side of the 2nd floor of Nicholson Commons. The layout is 18 tables and chairs to seat a total of 107. The room can be divided into two separate rooms by using the built in partition. Both sides of the room are equipped with a pull down screen and white boards. Food trays can be brought into this room. The room also contains it's own food service area.

Gipe Conference Room


Gipe A and B: seating 40; Half-day $65.00; Daily $82.00
Gipe A: seating 20; Half-day $40.00; Daily $65.00
Gipe B: seating 20; Half-day $40.00; Daily $65.00

The Gipe Conference Room is located on the 1st floor. Side A is equipped with a roll-down screen and a white board that is visible to the whole room. The room can be split into two smaller rooms with its built in partition. This room is NOT available until after 12:00 p.m. on Sundays.

Gray Cary Dining Room


Half-day $40.00; Daily $65.00

Seats 12. Located on the 2nd floor, this room is designed for small, intimate meetings. The room consists of two tables and twelve chairs. Food trays can be brought into this room.

Robinson Conference Room


Half-day $82.00; Daily $110

Seats 20. Located on the 3rd floor, this room contains a roll down screen and a white board. There are 20 chairs and 5 tables in this room.

Thomas Conference/Dining Room


Half-day $40.00; Daily $65.00

Seats 20. Located on the 2nd floor, this room is ideal for lunch meetings or small business meetings. It is equipped with a white board, three tables and twenty chairs. Food trays can be brought into this room.
