Jason Nussbaum
Jason joined the team at PLNU in the Spring of 2008 after working for Sodexo at Philmont Scout Ranch, CNM Community College, Pima Community College, and Camp Pendleton. Prior to his work with Sodexo, Jason worked at numerous restaraunts including the Rainforest Cafe in the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and the Chart House in Oceanside. Jason holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the National Culinary and Baking School in La Mesa, California.
Jason, fiance Dee, and children Pristine and Jacob enjoy the beach, cooking, and exercising.
