The Fall Speaker Series entitled "Crisis In Policy. Faith As Usual?" features variousl speakers, who will discuss the changing world as it relates to core issues of faith and citizenship.

Monday, Nov. 12
University Club will host a lunch (by invitation only) at the Fermanian Business Center. There will be a presentation by Dr. Kent Hill, who is in charge of the Global Health portfolio of the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Tuesday, Nov. 13, 6:30 p.m.
There will be dinner in Colt Hall and presentations by Dr. Cliff Fisher and Dr. Chris McHorney. Fisher is an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene a is a retired Lt. Col. in the U.S. Air Force. He currently manages nine research projects at SPAWAR in San Diego. McHorney is the chairman of the Department of Political Science at Cal Baptist University. His topic is the impact of the war in Iraq on America's moral principles.

Thursday, Nov. 15, 6:30 p.m.
There will be dinner in Colt Hall and presentations by Dr. Steve Shaw and Dr. Amy Black.
Shaw is a professor of political science at Northwest Nazarene University. He has written multiple publications on the United States Supreme Court. Black is an associate professor of political science at Wheaton College. She has published a book on the politics of President Bush's faith-based policies. She will speak on political rhetoric in times of crisis.

Monday, Nov. 19
There will be a dinner with Inboden held at 6:30 p.m. in Cunningham Dining Room, with a presentation by Dr. William Inboden, who has spent years working in the highest circles of the foreign policy progcess for the United States government. He is the former Senior Director of the National Security Council, and currently works in London, England. His book, Religion and Foreign Policy: The Soul of Containment will be published next year. In addition. The dinner is open to the public. Those interested in attending should RSVP by e-mailing Ron Kirkemo at ippr@pointloma.edu.
