About Us

FBCWe desire to engage in activities that complement our academically vigorous programs with practical and relevant business skills, settings, and experiences. Therefore, our mission statement is simple:

“To be a connecting point between our student, faculty, and business constituencies through joint, deliberate, intentional, and focused opportunities.”

Goals

Our Students

To assist in producing excellent undergraduate and graduate students, familiar with and well-equipped for success in the business world.

Our Faculty and Staff

To collaborate with PLNU Faculty and Staff to further areas of mutual business interests, research, and training.

Our Business Community

Through identifying, establishing, and cultivating dynamic relationships with businesses, we will jointly work to establish the next generation of significant business leaders.

Our Facility

To maintain and enhance our state-of-the-art business education facility featuring the highest standards of design, technology, comfort, and function so as to enhance business collaboration between our constituencies and community.

Vision

Our vision is a Business Center as the hub of a wheel where business professionals, entrepreneurs, for-profit and nonprofit leaders, students, and faculty will gather together to enrich their understanding of each other and to build significant relationships. The rapidly changing global business community demands dynamic interaction and communication between all business participants in order to build and sustain significant value in the marketplace. We see the distinct competitive advantage for PLNU undergraduate and graduate students will be in creating academically superior business graduates who also possess the critical, moral, and ethical values necessary to the contemporary competitive marketplace.

" . . . I have been successful in finding employment and am very thankful to PLNU Fermanian School of Business for doing such a great job of training the Business Students as to what it takes to be 'Professional'".
