Mr. Jessie Knight Jr., Executive Vice President of Sempra Energy and Dr. Bob Brower, President of PLNU, spoke at the breakfast, imploring students to become educated in civic responsibility and conveying how PLNU and the San Diego business community can benefit from one other.

The highlight of the breakfast was the 2007 “Dealmakers of the Year” awards. This was the first year that the Fermanian School of Business and Business Center integrated the awards, which honors a unique individual, firm, and event that exemplify creativity, value, innovation, success, and ethical practices that set the standard for the San Diego regional business community. The following winners received an engraved replica statue of the Bear and the Bull that sits in the entrance of the School of Business.
