Fermanian School of Business & Fermanian Business Center Venue Options and Pricing


For your next informal staff retreat, corporate business meeting, or an intimate business dinner, The Fermanian School of Business (FSB) and Fermanian Business Center (FBC) can fulfill your needs. We welcome the opportunity to extend the use of the buildings, facilities, grounds, or campus of PLNU to organizations that further our mission which is, “To enrich the education of PLNU students in a vital Christian environment by promoting partnerships with the business community.” By allowing outside organizations to utilize our venue, we believe we are bridging the relationships between our students, staff and faculty and the businesses, community, and constituency of San Diego.

The following is a list of meeting rooms that are available for guest use. Meeting rooms are assigned based upon the size or specialized needs of the group requesting use. Listed occupancies are for planning purposes only. In facilities with movable furniture, actual occupancy will vary depending on the room set-up selected.

We ask that you arrange proper set up for your event and our facilities staff will see that it meets your expectations. Once set up is completed, we ask that our guests not rearrange or remove any furnishings . Please keep the following things in mind when reserving our facilities:

  • PLNU is a tobacco and alcohol free environment, all guests and visitors are required to adhere to campus policy
  • Participants of any event should dress in accordance with ordinary standards of business casual attire
  • Food and drink are restricted to The Business Center, Boardroom, and Burnham Plaza
  • Organizations will at all times take appropriate care of the facilities being used
  • Participants will abide by all instructions from the PLNU Department of Public Safety regarding parking, traffic, access, etc;participants will abide by all other policies related to use

Fermanian Business Center


Conference Room:

Half-day $275; Full-day $425

The Fermanian Business Center has a large conference room which seats 110 theater style or 70 conference style. The Center conference room is fully enclosed with glass windows giving way to a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. It has state of the art technology which includes: video projector, PA system, built-in projector screen, laptop hookup, 2 flat panel TV’s with cable and DVD/VHS capability.


McCullough Park

Half-day $180; Full-day $250

This unique park-like setting overlooks the ocean and is ideal for intimate outdoor gatherings. Fermanian Business Center restrooms are available for use.


Fermanian School of Business


Rooms 101, 103, and 105 (Ocean View) or Room 102 (Garden View)

Half-day $225; Full-day $350

These classrooms have standard set up and seating for 40. All have state of the art technology including wireless internet.


Room 104 - Lecture Hall (Garden View)

Half-day $275; Full-day $425

The lecture hall has tiered seating for 54 with leather chairs and computer ports at each seat. Complete multimedia technology and wireless internet.


Room 108 - Experiential Labs

Half-day $175; Full-day $200

The Experiential Labs are smaller rooms ideal for breakout sessions; seats 6-8. They each have audio/video recording capabilities and wireless internet.


Room 109 Computer Lab

Half-day $275; Full-day $425


Room 110 - Boardroom

Half-day $250; Full-day $350

The Boardroom is a unique conference setting for either a casual gathering or formal business affair. With spectacular views of the Ocean, this room opens up to the Burnham Plaza for outdoor dining or discussion. The standard set up of the Boardroom is a lounge environment with comfortable informal seating. Other set up options are available to meet your needs. Maximum seating is for 40. The room includes multimedia and wireless internet.


Room 111 Seminar Room

Half-day $225; Full-day $350

The seminar room is an intimate conference room which seats 8 and has a beautiful ocean view. The room is equipped with state of the art technology and wireless internet.


Burnham Plaza

Half-day $250; Full-day $375

The Burnham Plaza is a beautiful outdoor patio located immediately outside of the Boardroom and overlooking the ocean; perfect for scenic outdoor dining. Seating is for up to 100 – umbrellas available.
