The Fermanian School of Business educates students broadly in preparation for multiple careers and a wide variety of jobs. Christian values and ethical conduct are emphasized throughout the program, which also provides balance between theory and practice, emphasizes the global dimensions of business and encourages cross-cultural experiences. Small classes provide students with individualized attention from faculty who are dedicated to the academic success of each student. The Fermanian School of Business offers both graduate and undergraduate programs. The Undergraduate Program offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Business Administration, International Development Studies and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. This program is offered at PLNU's main campus in San Diego, California. The Graduate Program offers a Master of Business Administration. The MBA program is offered at PLNU's Mission Valley location.

The Western Council of Business Schools and Programs ACBSP Region 7 has recognized DR. DAN CROY for his outstanding teaching abilities.
This year's recipient for Baccalaureate/Graduate Degree business schools is Dan Croy, Professor of Business at Point Loma Nazarene University.
