Interests

My primary area of research interest is Organizational Behavior – especially leadership. The exploration and understanding of the effects of the behaviors of leaders of nonprofit organizations, particularly churches, in changing situations is my focus. Issues of interest include success and/or failure, selection or fit of leadership, and their impact upon organizational change. Of particular interest is the effect of pastoral behaviors upon parishioners in times of change.
