InterestsDr. Croy's career has been varied, and includes professor, associate pastor, therapist, consultant, and special speaker. He has worked in a variety of organizations in the corporate world and in the non-profit sector. Dan continues to speak, conduct retreats and facilitate a variety of events across the country. He's supplied most of these services over the last 10 years through his consulting company, STEP FORWARD. Dan Croy has co-authored two books on family relationships and has written a book called DOGGONE MANAGEMENT: PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL LESSONS LEARNED FROM MAN'S BEST FRIEND. It’s filled with stories and lessons he’s learned from dogs on Leadership, Teamwork, Mentoring, and Dealing with difficult people.
