If you would like to donate non-cash gifts to PLNU, please contact the appropriate department where that gift would be stored or put to use, and the university staff will work with you to expedite the donation through the office of University Advancement. For example, vehicles are processed through the physical plant, musical instruments through the music department, books through the library, and so on.

Each of the departments can best speak for their unique needs and would know best how a donated item can be received by the university. The department Head or Chair will then work with you in filling out the necessary paperwork to acknowledge the donation* for tax purposes.
