What is a Matching Gift?

Many companies encourage their employees’ philanthropic efforts by matching their contributions to non-profit organizations such as PLNU. Some companies will even match the donations made by retirees and/or spouses. Every gift that is given to PLNU contributes to the fulfillment of the university’s mission of teaching, shaping, and sending our students. Therefore, you have the opportunity to double or even triple the impact that your gift has on PLNU.

Is your company a Matching Gift Company?

To find out if your company will match your gift, contact your Human Resources office or check out our online list of matching gift companies. Request a matching gift form from your company, complete it and mail it to PLNU along with your gift. We will do the rest!
