Happy is a campus server that provides students with 100 MB of extra storage space. The only catch is, you have to be on campus to access Happy. Need to connect? Here's how...
Windows XP/VistaApple OSX
Windows XP/Vista
1. Within the start menu, right-click on My Computer. Select Map Network Drive. In Vista this
is also an option found on the toolbar.
2. On the Drive drop-down, select any drive. In the Folder text box, type: \\happy\username$
(where "username" is your PLNU username). Check Reconnect at logon if you wish to
connect each time you start your computer.

3. Click Connect using a different user name. In the UserName text box, enter:
SERVNET\username (where "username" is your PLNU username). In the Password text
box, enter your PLNU password. If you see an option Remember my password, mark this
checkbox.

4. Click OK. Log on to the drive with your PLNU username and password. The folder will then
appear available for you to use. By default, unless you saw the option to remember your
password, you will have to log on every time you boot up your computer unless you
complete steps 5 and 6.
NOTE: Only proceed if you are the only one who uses the computer and the account you are working on is password protected.
5. Go to the Control Panel. Click on User Accounts. Select your account from the list. In the
upper left of the window click Manage my network passwords.
6. Click the Add button. For Server, enter: happy\username$. In the User name box, enter:
SERVNET\username. Finally, in the Password box, enter your PLNU password.
7. To disconnect, open My Computer, right-click on the drive, then select Disconnect.

- In the finder window click the Go menu and select Connect to server.

- For the server address type smb://happy/username$ (where “username” is your PLNU username). Click the plus sign to add the address to the list for later.
- Push “Connect.”

- Enter SERVNET for the domain, and your PLNU username and password.

- Click "Okay." Disconnect by ejecting the drive.
