Regular Hours of Operation

The ITS Help Desk is here to assist you with your technology-related needs. Regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4:30 pm. Please note that summer hours are typically shortened slightly.

For after hours, non-emergency issues, please call the ITS Help Desk and leave a message. A Help Desk technician will return your call the following business day.

Emergency Hours and Guidelines

If you have a computer emergency after hours, you may contact a technician by leaving an urgent voice mail message for the Help Desk at x4357. A technician will be paged automatically and will return your call within 30 minutes. Please note that general questions and non-PLNU computer problems should not be considered emergencies. To mark a message as ‘urgent’, press 1, 2 at the conclusion of your recording.

On-call support hours for technicians are Monday through Friday from 4:30 pm to 10 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 10 pm.
