For Mission Valley Students:
We provide help with WebMail, Eclass, My.PointLoma questions, and we take reports of computer or monitor problems in the lab.
For Students living in Main Campus Residence Halls:
We help with WebMail, Eclass, My.PointLoma questions, and also provide help with computer lab applications.
Main Campus
LabTechs are available to help during regular computer lab hours while you work in the Main, Hughes, Bresee, Language, or Mac Labs. They are trained in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. They can help you with WebMail, Eclass, My.PointLoma, and Internet searches.
The Restechs, formerly the Rescons, have moved their office to the main computer lab and are available for help with various hardware problems Mon-Th 2-10pm, Fri 2-6pm, and Sun 6-10pm. If you are experiencing problems with your laptop or desktop, these qualified workers are the right people to ask. They are Dell certified and deal with internet connection problems and broken computers.
