PLNU recommends taking the following steps to obtain your Lost Password or to perform a Password Reset:
LOST PASSWORD If you can not remember your password or if you know what it is supposed to be, but it is not working, there are two methods for you to retrieve this information:
You will be prompted to enter information to verify who you are (please read each page carefully and completely). You will then either be invited to create a new password (if you answered Security Questions correctly), or your password will be sent to your alternate email address (displayed on the screen).
Note: There are directions, listed on the page, if your email address on file is incorrect.
PASSWORD RESETIf you want or need to change your password please follow these steps:
- Login to your My.PointLoma.edu website
- Click on the Personal Info link (next to your name in the upper left coner of the screen)
- Click on the Password tab
On this tab you will be prompted to enter your old password (the password you just logged in with), and to enter a new password (please note the directions below these boxes). IMPORTANT - Changing your password will update all of the following passwords to the new password that you set:
- Windows Login
- Web Mail Login
- eClass Login
- My.PointLoma.edu Login (15-30 min delay)
- Faculty and Staff Access Login
- Student Access Login
