- Right-click on My Computer and select Map Network
Drive.
- The following window comes up. On the drive drop-down, you may
select any drive you wish. The following example will use "U:" as
the drive letter. In the Folder text box, type:
\\happy\username$ (where it says "username" is where you
will type your PLNU username). Check the box to Reconnect at
logon and this will connect to your Happy drive each time you
start your computer.
- Click the link that says Connect using a different user
name (circled above). The following box will appear. In the
User Name text box, enter: SERVNET\username (where it says
"username" is where you will type your PLNU username). In the
Password text box, enter your PLNU password.
- Press OK, then Finish. You have successfully
logged onto your Happy folder space. If the folder does not open
after clicking the Finish button, you can access it by going
to My Computer and clicking on the drive letter you
specified (in our example, drive "U:").
- If you want to disconnect your network drive, you can do this
my opening up My Computer, right-clicking on the drive, then
selecting Disconnect. One reason you may want to do this is
that only one Happy drive can be configured at a time per
user.
