Video This video demonstrates the creation of a merged e-mail sending individual grades to students The e-mail message has already been typed in Word and the mail merge process has been started: Tools > Letters and Mailings > Mail Merge.
The e-mail mail merge process can be used with any e-mail being sent with the same message to multiple recipients. The message can be personalized using data from an Excel worksheet (see example below):
Dear Name, Thank you for your attendance on Date. Please plan to attend our next meeting for Department Name to be held next Thursday afternoon in Location. Sincerely, |
