Our Mission
The training team in Academic Computing exists to support technology literacy among PLNU employees, thereby allowing faculty and staff to implement appropriate uses of technology within their functional areas of responsibility.
Our Goals
- Offer training that provides a “hands-on” experience for our learners
- Create relevancy for learners by providing practice exercises that “get real work done”
- Provide tangible examples that are relevant to our learners
- Leverage learners’ strengths and ask them to share their experience and expertise
