Dial your student's  phone number. 

• If the phone is not answered, the call will transfer to voice mail after the fourth ring. Listen to the recorded message. A prompt should direct you to select the option associated with your student's box.
• Select the option for your student and leave a message in their voice mailbox
• If recording announces students, other than your student---Press the * key, then press 1 to dial-by-name.
• If no mailbox is set up on that extension---Stay on the line; when prompted, press 1 to dial by name.
