MAIN EXTENSION NUMBER

Main number (prime directory number) appears on bottom key.

RELEASE KEY

Disconnect an active call by pressing the Release (Rls) key.

HOLD KEY

• Place an active call on hold by pressing Hold Key.
• Return to call by pressing the Extension Key beside flashing indicator.

VOLUME CONTROL

Adjust the volume on your phone by pressing the Volume Control Toggle Bar (<<<>>>).

CONFERENCE KEY (up to 6 parties)

• Press Conference key (caller on hold)
• Dial number of next party
• Press Conference key
• (To add more, repeat steps 1 thru 3)
  

TO REDIAL LAST NUMBER DIALED

Lift handset, press extension once

DIAL INTERCOM

• Press IC Key and enter 2-digit code for person to be called
• To Answer an Intercom Call:
• Lift handset or press IC Key and lift handset

TO TRANSFER A CALL (While on an active call)

• Press the Transfer key (caller automatically goes on hold)
• Dial the extension number
• After you hear ringing, wait for the called party to answer before transferring the call
• Press the Transfer key again to complete the transfer

To return to the Original Call (without transferring)

• Before transfer is complete, press the extension key beside flashing indicator
• The called party is disconnected and you are reconnected to original calling party

CALL FORWARD (Redirects incoming calls to another phone or voice mail)

• Leave handset in the cradle,
• Press the forward key (flashing),
• Dial 7070(voice mail) or four digit extension (forward indicator on: CFWD).
• Press the forward key (solid indicator)
• Unforward: press forward key (indicator off).

**Be sure to unforward your phone or no one will be able to call you directly**

HANDSFREE/MUTE (Not all phone have this capability)

• To Make a Speakerphone Call:
• Leave handset in cradle
• Press Extension Key (Handsfree/Mute indicator is solid)
• Dial the number
• To Go from Handset to Speakerphone:
• Press Handsfree/Mute key while on an active call
• Replace the handset in cradle (Handsfree/Mute indicator is solid)
• To Mute a Speakerphone Call: (You can hear them but they can’t hear you)
• Press Handsfree/Mute Key during active call(Handsfree/Mute indicator flashes)
• To Return to a Muted Speakerphone Call:
• Press Handsfree/Mute Key again (Handsfree/Mute indicator is solid)
• To End Speakerphone Call/Speak privately through the Handset:
• Lift Handset (Indicator is extinguished), or
• Press the Rls key
