• Release (Rls)

RELEASE

 
Disconnect an active call by pressing the Release (Rls) key.

HOLD

Place an active call on hold by pressing Link, #,4 and hang up.

TO TRANSFER A CALL

• Press the Link Key
• Dial extension (caller on Hold)
• After you hear ringing, hang up

CONFERENCE (up to 6 parties)

• Press Link Key (caller on Hold)
• Dial number of next party
• Press Link Key
• (To add more, repeat steps 1 thru 3)

CALL PICK-UP (to pick up call ringing on another phone, in your office)

NOTE: Only available if your department has requested a Pick-up Group

• Lift handset, as soon as hear ring
• Dial 13 (connected to call)

PERSONAL SPEED CALL

NOTE: Some phones require two digit codes for each stored number. Call x2432 for assistance.

• To store:
• Lift Handset
• Press #,2
• Dial 1 digit code (0 to 9)
• Dial phone number to be stored (for outside numbers, begin with 9)
• Replace handset
• (Repeat steps 1-5 for each number)
• To Use:
• Lift handset
• Press #,3
• Dial 1 digit code (0 to 9)

CALL FORWARD (Redirects incoming calls to another phone or voice mail)

• To activate:
• Lift handset
• Press #,1
• Enter 4-digit extension or 7070 for voice mail
• Replace handset
• To cancel:
• Lift handset
• Press #,1 and hang up

MESSAGE (to check voice mail messages)

• Lift handset
• Dial 7070
• If not sharing extension, enter your password
• If sharing, press *, enter 4-digit box number, enter password
