If the student feels there is an error on his/her bill
or they need more information, they may either write a separate inquiry
letter or call the Office of Telecommunications with their questions.
Do not write on the bill stub. All questions regarding charges on the
bill must be made within 30 days of the billing statement date. The
bill becomes permanent after that date.
The Office of Telecommunications will acknowledge all
letters within 7 days of receipt. Within two weeks after receiving your
letter, Telecommunications will either correct the error or explain why
they believe the bill is correct.
If the response you receive is
not satisfactory, you may then call and request to have the Manager of
Telecommunications, Tom McDonald, review your account.
