Student telephone bills along with call detail from previous months are available at My.PointLoma.edu. Prior to the tenth of each month, ITS will email all students with non-zero bills a notice that their current bill is due. The following policies have been established:
- Bills will be available online to each student by the tenth of each month unless otherwise announced.
- Each student is responsible for reviewing their on line bill, printing the payment stub and submitting payment.
- If a bill is not available online by the tenth of the month, please contact the Office of Telecommunications.
- Each student is responsible for obtaining and paying the bill on time. The due date for phone bills is the twenty-second of each month unless otherwise announced, whether or not email notification is received.
