Q: May my roommate and I use the same code?

A: No! Each student must use his/her own code and is responsible for all calls made with his/her code. For more detailed information, go to Long Distance Service.

Q: May I select my authorization code?

A: No. The 7 digit numbers are selected randomly, in order to increase the security of your code. For more detailed information, go to Security Policies.

Q: May I change my authorization code?

A: Yes. Come to the Office of Telecommunications with your ID card, and we will give you another (random) authorization code for a $10.00 fee.

Q: How do I use my authorization code

A: Dial the number (generally 9 + 1 + Area Code + 7 digit phone number); listen for the rapid tone; Enter 7 digit authorization code.
