Billing

Q: How am I billed?
A: Your billing information is available on the web via my.PointLoma. Each person will receive a bill on a monthly basis for long distance calls and calls to information made with the use of an authorization code. This is why keeping your code confidential is vital. Q: Do I need to pay my phone bill monthly?
A: Yes. Failure to pay within the grace period (approximately three weeks) will cause your account to receive a $6.00 late fee and your Long Distance Code to be turned off. For more detailed information, go to Payment Information.

Q: Will my phone be turned off if my payment is late?
A: No. You will not be able to place long distance calls, but your general phone service will not be turned off.
