Terms and Conditions
I understand that all projects must be approved by Information Technology Services before work begins, and a timeline will be provided upon approval of the project. Any additions to the project not outlined in this document by the Department or Information Technology Services would be considered a new project (phase 2, phase 3, etc...), unless the addition is approved by the Information Technology Services and will not affect the timeline unless it is considered essential to the project and both parties agree to the addition.
The priority of the project will be assigned by Information Technology Services. Meetings set by ITS are required, since cancellation of same can cause the timeline to shift. Once the project is live, and completed, requests for additions, changes or technical support will go directly through the Information Technology Services point of contact and be tasked out to appropriate ITS staff. Any necessary changes to the scope of this project will be made through contact with Information Technology Services.
Information Technology Services is responsible for the overall administration of the PLNU Information Technology Services Database such as patches, backups, as well as necessary configurations and no other. The data within the web application being input and driven by the Project Administrators is the responsibility of the Department; this responsibility includes text markup, content and any type of attached data. No project shall be removed from the PLNU Information Technology Services Database or from a Department Database and taken outside of pointloma.edu. No part of the created project may be outsourced or duplicated without the permission of Information Technology Services.
