Ben Foster has been a fixture in the PLNU Kinesiology and Athletic Department for over 40 years spanning five decades. Coach Foster has taught GE courses and upper division courses in the Physical Education Major. He has coached college golf for 35 years; college basketball for 23 years and served as Intramural Director for over 20 years. His area of interest and expertise has been in Coaching, Sports Officiating and Teacher Preparation. His career experiences has encompassed a unique blend of sport through teaching and learning (Physical Education), sport through competition (Intercollegiate Athletics) and sport as leisure and play (Intramurals).
