Media Services provides sound systems and technicians for a wide variety of academic, co-curricular, ASB and Conference Services events in many medium and large sized venues across campus.

We require 1 weeks notice to guarantee staff availability. Contact our office early in the planning process for your event.

The following media equipment and services are available for University sponsored events:

• CD/Cassette Players Liberty (speaker/mixer with 2 mic inputs)
• Sound Systems (for concerts and events - please read these guidelines)
• Audio or Video Technicians (Setup and operate audio and video equipment)
