The PLNU Orchestra, open to qualified majors, non-majors, and community musicians, performs a wide variety of literature for full and string orchestra, both on and off campus. Majors combine orchestra experience, solo study, and chamber music to round out their musical endeavors.
Fall Semester 2008 performance schedule:
- November 13, 14, 15, and 20 at 7:30 p.m., November 14 at 10:00 a.m., and November 16 at 2:00 p.m. in Crill Performance Hall - Mozart's Magic Flute
- December 7 at 7:00 p.m. in Brown Chapel - Handel's Messiah
- December 12 at 7:30 p.m. in Crill Performance Hall - PLNU Orchestra & Band Concert (the Orchestra will play Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade)
