If this will be your first year, please print, complete, and bring the New Student Registration Form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) to the first Parent Meeting (see Calendar for details). If you are a returning student, please use this form instead: Returning Student Registration Form. Either print front and back or staple together.
Staple tuition check (made to Point Loma Nazarene University) to Registration Form and bring to the Parent Meeting. If for some reason you miss the required parent meeting, mail to Point Loma String Project, c/o Music Department, 3900 Lomaland Drive, San Diego, CA 92106. |
